Alright, we all know that every so many levels, you get an ability modifer, right? Well Jon, for RP flare, I would like for Irou's weight training to give him negatives to his speed and strength while wearing them. Whenever he gains that ability modifer during battle and adds that to his Strength or Dex (Which is the only thing I will be adding them to, his Wisdom is high enough already), that will explain his increase. You can do whatever negatives you want, I just thought I'd be cool -and- make sense.
