 Because PDFE architecture is not modular, developing this kind of tool to support other formats involve a large amount of changes. Currently I have no intention of add new extensions to PDFE, but this situation can change.
Probably the first new extension that I’m going to add to PDFE is the new and emergent XPS, Microsoft tentative to shut down Adobe pdf format domination.
