My contribution this time is POK meaning well cooked. It must have derived from the word of orang luor EMPOK. I got that from a conversation with a group of kampong people at a wedding in Terengganu recently. Related to that word is the word POHU which means soft and tender. So kalu jjamung daging tu mesti masok biar POK so that the daging will be POHU sedap makang.
