Subject: Please help!!! Severe off-balance & dizziness

Pls help. I did not go to work today because the dizzy feeling is out of control. Wednesday afternoon it began, it got worse by the hour. It is friday and Iam out of my mind. I went to the walk inn clinick yesterday holding my head and they could not determine what the cause could be. I have an apt. with the ear docotor on Monday. Pls help, I cant function, i walk and dont have balance, i bump into things and drop things and have a spinning sensation.
