"Meditation can be helped along by chanting, if it helps clear your mind. Now, I want everyone to get in a comfortable position, sitting. Close your eyes nd take several deep breaths. calm your mind. Now focus on one clear memory, it helps if it is a picture, and clear all else out of your mind." He quietly lights a candle. "Look at the candle. The outer part of the candle is orange and flickering, it moves, it is your conscious mind. Then right below that you see a white area, moving less, it is your memory. Now... open your eyes and focus on the little black dot of nothingness in the very center. Keep your picture in mind..."
