Do any SUN hoods have a resident who has a functioning psychology practice? I need to send a family member of mine to be treated, and I don't want to send them to an impersonal doctor in SimCity. I would much prefer them to visit someone with a reputation and a warm facility.

My family member is not available for a full in-patient treatment, but they will be able to travel if needed.
