There's about 30 sims, counting the kids at the boarding school. Their families still live in Old Eden, but they chose to attend the school here. Most families are pretty small, single sims or young married couples, so there are a lot of households considering there aren't a lot of sims. Including the college and boarding school housing, there's about 10 households in the hood. What's the size of AV like these days? Has it changed much since I left? Hope you're all doing well.
