I always new Laci would be a Dr. Doolittle. And I remember you were the one who was resistant to getting pets. I had to help her talk you into it. :P

Geez, I wouldn't blame her for being moody. Pregnancy and two little kids at home would be enough by itself, let alone adding a demanding career. How's things going with the plumbbob virus. I've trying to keep up with the news on it in the papers. I'm always hoping that you all stay well.

The art museum here isn't very big. It's kind of a middle size two story building - but that might change. It's probably larger than the Herendez gallery though. As I was checking out the building I told Fawn, the gallery director, that she did not want to lose that view, even though she was more concerned with having enough wall space to hang paintings.

I don't think the students lived there long enough to really trash the place. After a few more semesters, who knows. Even if the carpets had been stained I could always rip them out and replace them. I'll probably do at least some redecorating anyway.
