I hope this is the end of the storms for your hood. It sounds like your hood has been through a lot. I'm sure it's a stronger community because of it.
That's very interesting that your cousin uses the name Viru (7) and that teens can change their names if they choose. I find the traditions and cultures in other hoods so interesting.
Well, everything here is back to normal following the earthquake and the mother of one of my students has volunteered to stay with the boarding school students until a permanent replacement is found. I moved out right away, and got settled just in time, because in the evening after I moved in, I went into labor and had twins. I can't believe it. I had no idea I was expecting more than one baby. Now I'm a new mother to a boy and a girl, Bryce and Bridget. I'm glad I decided to buy the larger of the two houses I looked at. I should get off of here and try to get some sleep, I'm exhausted. I think tomorrow I may have to look into getting some help in the house. I'm not sure if I can manage two all by myself.
