Subject: 1001483883 - did not receive order

placed an order may 26. my account was charged on may 29th. have sent two emails to doug asking about order and have not received a reply from him either. what is the lead time on orders? 4 - 6 weeks? will wait until end of june and then will contact my charge card company and have them remove the charge. i was so looking forward to trying your product. was thinking of changing from the current get i use.
