I dont think we have anyone in the area of texas at all, but if you are licensed to do nails well I dont see why should not be able to pick up on how to use Angel Love it is a very easy product and very forgiving in the since that if you make a mistake it is easy to file and go over it, of course you would be able to learn all the little details that matter by coming to a 2 day or week class but we do offer a DVD for $19.99 I belive and you can call here if you ever have any questions. And I know you would be very busy busy this product is awsome the girls that I know of that have come for some training are making up to $6,000.00 per month. As far as the electric file if you do not know how to use one or have never used one well I would recommend finding a class to take especially the electric file we use is from MEDICOOL and is a very powerful file and if you do not know how to use one well you can do alot of damage to your client. If you are not licensed and want to do nauls well i would recommend getting your license before practicing on anyone. Hope this helped message me again or call with any questions
