Welcome

High in the mountains you walk for what seems to be forever. The air is chilly but your coat keeps you warm. Finally you enter the tundra, a faint but detectibly clear scent notifies you that you have entered the Brooks Mountain Pack’s Terrain. The scent becomes clearer as you move along the boarder. Seeing no sign of any wolves you cross and venture into the terrain. From far off a large male wolf sniffs the air acknowledging your presents, he rolls in moss and pine to hid his scent. He walks parallel to you for a long time then races a down wind to notify his pack. They stalk and finally the alpha male walks out from the brush growling fierily, his ears are held forward in aggression, you lower to the ground, pull back your ears, and whimper apologizing for trespassing. He nods his head and his ears fall back but his tail is still at its highest. He welcomes you to the Brook Mountains. The largest wolf, a dark gray male steps back, “I am sorry for acting this way but one can not be to sure theses days. I am Kamots, the alpha male of theses lands.” He smiles and wags his tail once, a stunning she wolf steps forth, she too smiles and licks his muzzle, “And I am his mate, welcome to are home. You may join use if you like or leave, it was your choice so choose carefully.” She nods her head and trots off down a trail, Kamots watches her then turns his head to you once more, “We will meet again I know.” he too turns and trots off. You were left alone to decide your own fate.
