Two things: I understand there are to be additional homes built next to us as part of "The Farm," having access to the swimming pools, etc.

And, there is a proposal in the works to annex part of Wildomar to the city of Murrieta. This seems more favorable to some people who have bought into developments in the south one-third of Wildomar, next to the dividing line. That would leave a smaller area for those who would pursue incorporating as a city of Wildomar. One possibility would be for Murrieta to annex all of Wildomar, which would include The Farm. However--we left the city and don't have any good reason to return. We've been on The Farm two years and really like it here!
