I agree with you in part. I agree that it is a two way road. I also feel that we can lose one employee and not think much about it, but when we lose three ( 3 ) in such a short amount of time, we need to ask ourselves WHY? Is it all the employees fault? Is it how we are treating those employees? This is a terrible reflection on the Farm no matter WHY!!!!!
