Just a word for everyone that i have had the pleasure of working with or for for the last year and a half.

I will miss you all terribly. I have really enjoyed my employment at the Farm until the past few months. As you all know, the FPOA has lost three other employees recently. Now the number is up to four!!!!!!

Someone or anyone for that matter needs to be diligent in their efforts to have some of the people on your Board of Directors recalled!!!!!

I have left due to an unhealthy work enviroment caused by you guessed it......the BOARD. My mental well-being is worth more to me than the $11.55 per hour i was being paid.

In previous anonymous memos on this page.....i have been referred to as a mean, and nasty employee who has made it my life's goal to run other employees out of the office. I strongly disagree, and if anyone would like to e-mail me to find out more please do so @ PepperandAce@Yahoo.com---i would love the opportunity to defend myself.

The residents of your community should be very,very concerned with the unethical business practices the Board is allowing to continue. The board votes and makes motions regarding financial issues, and then some members turn around and disregard these decisions (and want me not to inform other board members). I am sick and tired of the unprofessionalism that the current Board displays daily, and that i am almost never taken for my word. Anyone interested should also know about the way the Board discriminates against the Hispanic employees--look into it.. you'll find out...just ask any previous employee, myself included.

The work the employees do is not valued, and neither is their word. The Board makes it absoluely clear that it is either their way, or as Bonnie Lasiw puts it..."Don't let the door hit your butt on the way out". Unfortunatly, this has happened four times now, because the employees can't stand it any longer.

I wish all the luck to any new employees at the Farm, and advise them to just let time tell the story for them. Keep up the good work--Bobbie & Michele, may god bless you and help you to make it there!!!
