Subject: Regarding Christie's Resignation

Well, okay, now that makes four employees (all of the previous employees) that have left in the last 6 weeks.

When I left, one Board Member said that I was just a "mental case". Then Seth and Kellie left and the reason given to the homeowners was totally inaccurate. The reasons were given right here on the web site. There was a previous message that inferred that it was the employees fault. We are talking 4 (four) employees who left their positions without another job in-hand. I DON'T THINK IT WAS THE EMPLOYEE'S FAULT!!! Ask your Board President and her right hand woman how they treated the employees and if an honest answer is given, you will know why. Any company that loses ALL their employees because of one boss has a major problem. It cannot be whitewashed anymore. Think about how they have lied to you in regard to this issue. This is not a RUMOR, this is fact!!! I live here, I don't want to see The Farm go downhill and I hope our new employees can handle the BOD so that we can keep our beautiful community. May election cannot get here soon enough for those of us who care about our community. And, yes there are those who would run for the BOD. I know of at least three (3) myself.

Request to the BOD: Please stop your present attitude in regard to employees, treat them respect and maybe you can hold onto them.
