I had been previously involved in the Farm Community on a regular basis. I was also a receipant of the kindness, love and help of the Farm Lions. During the begining of an extremely difficult time in my personal life, the Lions came to my rescue without asking. They brought food (an abundance, more than enough) for my children and gifts to help make Christmas easier on me. It was given with love, care and no strings attached.

For years I have watched the Farm Lions go out of their way to help the memebers of their own community before giving to others, never asking for anything in return.

They have programs for the blind, collecting old cell phones to give to police departments for battered women and children, they teach our children about the Flag of the United States and that they should be proud Americans, and probably a number of other activities that we have no knowledge of.

The Farm Lions Club is no different than any other Lions organization and they deserve an awful lot of credit and a huge thank you from their community.

I would like to thank them for the help they gave me when it was needed most. THANK YOU!!!!
