Sorry, Miles no, but I have today just ressurected mine.

The problem was carbonisation of the heat exchanger. It is a
simple fix, remove the top and sides of the M/C (one piece, eight
screws) unscrew output hose from pump (inner hose clamp - you may
have to take off input clamp/hose to get at it). Unscrew switch
at top back of M/C to relieve pressure on sprung thermo wire and
unroll said wire from lug on heat exchanger. Unscrew heater
element and (I believe) thermocouple cables (red insulated) from
PC board. Unscrew the four self tappers that hold the saddle
clamps and the element unit should now be free. With a little
waggling you should be able to get it out of the machine.
Put unit in a vice and unscrew both end caps. If the heater
element doesn't come out (probably), gently use a drift from the
output end ( no wire end) to remove it. When the element is
completely out and seperate, decarbonise it using any means at
hand, usually scraping/emery cloth'ing. The inner face of the
outer tube is more difficult. I used a piece of pipe half the dia
of the bore, sawed a slot in one end and rolled a piece of emery
through the slot and around this pipe. I then inserted the other
end of the drill and lapped the inner bore with the emery end.
When all clean, re-assemble as before, but in reverse.

My machine was transformed by this method, I wish I had done it
BEFORE I bought my Antari F80Z replacement!!

Clive.
