I was a handler during the 68-69 time. I do not remember a bull but I know the building was new and we were some of the first to use it. I remember the mad barber that would skin a dog for a hot spot. I remember that we were giving our dogs a special med on there food to see what effect it had on heart worm and other things. A couple of dogs got heart worms and had to be give the big purple pill. We also had our blood taken every other month to see if we could get anything from our dogs. This was all experimental and we volunteried.
