Sorry I took so long to get back to you...October is a great month to fish. With minimal gear, spots are a lot of fun as well as whiting. With medium action gear....Flounder is the fish to target using live minnows. To go all out, Spanish and King mackerel are a bigger fight. Whatever your gear...all these will be hitting in October. Spots haven't really started yet...the water needs to cool off a little. I'll post the 1st spot run on the main page. Where ya from???? I was born in Cabell Co.
