Snape is, in fact, a vampire. The following are the reaons why:

1) In The Prisoner of Azkaban, there are three separate instances where vampires are mentioned, just prior to Snape appearing.

2) Snape always where's clokes, and is constantly lurking around corners. Obvious vampire behaviour.

3) When Snape took their Defence Against The Dark Arts lesson in book 3, he deliberately didn't teach them about vampires, and silence is a sure sign of guilt

4) Why has Dumbledore never trusted Snape with the DADA job? Because he wants the students to learn about vampires.

5) Snape has sallow skin, a hooked nose and greasy hair, sure signs of a vampire.

6) How come Snape has never died, despite being a former Death Eater and spy? Because vampires can only be killed by a dagger to the heart.

7) Why does Snape loathe Lupin? Because vampires naturally despise warewolves.

8) Snape is the Head of Slytherin House. One can only assume that Salazar Slytherin was also a Vampire.

9) Why is Snape the Hogwarts potions master? Because he needs his medicine to prevent him from biting students.

10) Why wasn't Snape mentioned on the Black family tree of pure bloods? Because he's a vampire.

11) What is Snape's secret mission for the Order of the Phoenix? To get the vampires on side.

12) Dumbledore is known for hiring half-breeds. Hagrid, Lupin, Firenze, and Snape.

13) Dumbledore trusts Snape. Why? Because Dumbledore is a centaur, and they are both misunderstood.
