Subject: Hi Shirley, thanks for the advice about the frame. I use Q-snap frames, but I have some big enough not to cover the stitched area. What metallic thread are you planning to use for the gold? I've been advised that the best one to use is DMC 5284 as it doesn't tarnish. I'm probably going to buy the threads this weekend, I can't wait to start on her.
