"Buckcherry?" Nomes slowly approaches her. "Buckcherry, what's wrong?" He sets Gin-Etsu down. The child crawls over to her mother, silver scales flashing. The tiny thing bit a nostril, using all four legs and her tail to hold on tight to the muzzle. Nomes grinned and laughed. "You may want to know that the fighting in Obsidian Pass is over. They've gone. Where has everyone gone? I'm going to set up an Activeness Check. I know about Flames and Rain in Germany." He leaves Gin-etsu with Buckcherry and hurries to set up the Activeness Notice.

- smiles, shakeing her head ever so lightly in jokeing before lowering her head to the ground and smiles, looking up at nomes- yes, i just had to get back and check on these two.... who got injured?

"I understand. I didn't do much myself." He watched as the little silver dragon clawed more furiously at her mother's muzzle, then fell off. "I don't exactly know. The Queen was captured, but the man that they had been holding captive escaped and killed her captor, the "King" and the war ended. She is asking if they need anything at all. That's when I left."

Gin-Etsu clawed at her again, soon searching for food - mother's milk. Nomes glanced at Buckcherry with worry. "Um, Buckcherry. You wouldn't happen to be giving milk at the moment, would you?" The silver thing gave a pitiful cry.

Nomes stands to the side, unable to help much. He waits for Buckcherry to summon his assistance.

The silver female sniffs it and jumps back in disgust. She nudges Nomes stomach, wondering if he had the life-giving food.

The male jumps up in surprise. "Ah! Buckcherry!" He pushes the female towards it's "mother". "Her, sweety. Eat that food. The meat. It's good."

Gin-Etsu cries pitifully, not liking the new food, and craving what instinct told her she needed.

"No!" she says in defiance.

First word, Nomes thinks wryly.

"No, no, no, no, no, no!"

He takes Gin-Etsu and places her on the ground with her nose in the food. "Eat it, Gin."

"No!"

"Yes."

She starts to cry again.

"Gin-Etsu, please eat it. It's the only food."

"No!" She starts to search for milk, but Nomes puts his tail in the way. She slowly nudges the meat and takes a small bite. "No!" But Nomes gives her a hard glare and she eats some more. Her hunger gets to her and she eats it faster and faster. Then it's gone.

He wraps her in his arms and asks lovingly, "See, wasn't that good, sweety?"

"No!"

He hides his grin.

He nodded and chuckled too. "And you left me to carry her around everywhere. I'll take for a walk." He nuzzled Buckcherry before picking up the baby and carrying her as he walked away.
