Subject: About what Renegade is>>>

BACKGROUND ON THE BREED: She's a type of dragon that was created on a now dead site called Sia or Sya (depending on when you went to it, Sya is how it was when it FIRST started), ANYWAY. All the "Syans/Sians" are dragons who, when born, look identical to an animal you'd see in real life. I can't remember all of them, but I know there was a LOT of sub-breeds. The one that became most popular is what Renegade is, the Peralisk (which has also gone through more spelling changes than I'd care to list.)

THE YOUTH: The Sian Peralisk, commonly called just "the Sian" for it's being the most popular of the Syanic/Sian breeds. It is born as some type of large cat cub, the rarest being panthers and albinos (as they needed to pass a sort of test to prove the player has been there for a long time). Unrealistic colors are almost completely unheard of unless you mean the egg skin a Sian has for about a week after hatching before it yields to velvet that it will very likely have for the rest of it's life. They have awkwardly large wings as young ones and are very vulnerable before they reach their forth year, at which time they begin to look like dragons.

THE Adolescent: From years 4-80, the first and only growth spurt commences. This is a painful time as some Sians have their catheads while they have draconic necks or the like although it is rare. It's the only stage where the dragon has been known to be mixed up with a griffin. (Long story, different time.) In any case, this time is also when their manes first really begin to show. Most have a horse-like mane, but some males with the lion-like cub form have been known to obtain that of an alpha male lion. (Rare.) Mane colors are not yet true, are still dull to blend in with their bodies and may not reach past their ears until much latter in life.

THE DRAKE: (Yeah I know, my terminology is different than the dragon info, but this is what they used in Sia and I ain't sure what the translations are.) From roughly 81-100, little changes in the Sian. What ever it appeared in the last stage of its growth will remain for these years. May have many of their cat-features remaining. The only major changes are the slight blending of the cat parts with the draconian and the appearing coloration of the mane, though it will still be dull in this stage. Still in Velvet.

THE DRAGON: 100-10,000. (THIS is where Renegade is, she's I think about 187.) The prime is within this stage from 110 or so to 250. Right into the stage, a Sian may have varying cat parts left but will still remain in velvet. In Renegade's instance, she still has her panther ears, tails, eyes, body and paws...which is really odd for her to have so much for her age, but it is blended well with a smooth draconian head and neck and the classic Peralisk wings that span her length times three with an arching shape that makes her wings appear taller than herself when she sits upright. Maybe one or two Sians have ever lived to shed their velvet, but by the time they got that old they had nothing in them to make it worth the triumph. The cat-like form is all that makes the Sian alive today, although few remain sense the war...Long story, other time...when a Sian of any sub-breed is fully grown, all it can really do is eat and sleep. They're age dries up their powers or sends them out of control and makes the host explode which I doubt is pleasant. (I did not make this breed up on a whim. It was seriously part of a grand site with an amazing history...but that should be a story for, yet another time.)

And they have a very detailed culture…yeah…long story, latter time.
Any questions?
