 I HAVE A THOMAS ELLIS, IN MY LINE AND IT,S SAID HE WAS A FULL BLOOD CHEROKEE. I HAVE A ROLL NUMBER ON A THOMAS ELLIS R897 BUT FOR SOME REASON CAN,T AQUIRE ANY INFRO ON HIM. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THE R STANDS FOR. SOME SAY,S (1) RESTRICTED, (2) SOME SAY,S REVSAVATION, (3) AND THEN THERE IS REJECTED. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW IF IT IS A GOOD NUMBER. HE IS MY GGGGGRANDFATHER.
