I have been saying a novena since New Year's day that this will be the year I meet my husband. I have had a lot of bad luck in the romance department over the years, and I am having a lot of trouble keeping my faith alive. A few weeks ago I prayed for a sign that I will find someone. I had a dream that I walked into my office and Padre Pio prayer cards and medals were all over my desk. Then I turned around and he walked in. I started to cry and asked him if I would be ok. He hugged me and left. I assumed this was my sign. I met a boy around that time who I had a lot in common with, great chemistry, etc. I went to Italy on vacation, and then saw him again last weekend when I hadn't expected to see him at all. He has not called, and I am frustrated once again that this one isn't going to work out either. I have had so many disappointments. I feel Padre Pio is ignoring my requests. I have prayed for so long for this. Has anyone had him appear in a dream, and can anyone shed light on why it is taking so long for my prayer to be answered? I've been saying my novena everynight faithfully for 6 months.
