Yes, you are correct, but I'm interested in preventing panic. Because panic comes in many forms.
(whether the many different ET species are good or not)
Even maybe I am a victim of panic, because I spend most of my time studying about the UFO/ET situation and I don't play sports enough or spend enough time away from the internet.
And that is the main point.
We have the wonderful gift called the internet.
The internet will see how many people really want to take an interest in the possibility of many different types of extraterrestrial species.
And how people will react.
(Suing NASA on a large scale might insight riots, and rioting about wanting to know more about UFOs and ETs is not an intelligent option)
(apart from the uneducated public... I know many wanna be UFO researchers that haven't read many books at all !!!!!)
