It's pretty sad isn't it? So Kile is the player rep of the Cardinals? I know for a fact that on the Mariners, Paul Abbott is the player rep. And the sad thing is that he hasn't played all year long. In fact, he has been sidelined with surgery on his throwing arm. In other words, he doesn't have anything to lose by going on strike.

But some players in baseball do; such as Eric Gagne, Bernie Williams, John Smoltz, and a few others that have had fantastic seasons. This certainly is a shame!
