Hey, ladies. If anyone is looking for a job, or knows someone who is, check this out! The firm I'm interning with needs an office manager.

Administrative Assistant

Full-time

Requirements:
• Computer, telephone and other office skills
• Professional appearance
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced office
• Able to learn quickly
• Team-player and primary problem-solver
• Accounting experience helpful
• QuickBooks knowledge a plus

Job Overview:
Primary duties include receptionist duties and light clerical: answer phones and receive visitors; send out and distribute incoming faxes, prepare FedEx and other packages for mailing; maintain office calendars, make travel arrangements and schedule meetings; distribute incoming mail and drop off outgoing mail; maintain office files, contact lists and databases; prepare correspondence to vendors and clients as requested; keep inventory of office/computer/kitchen supplies and prepare purchase orders; contact computer consultant to troubleshoot technological issues, etc. Other duties assisting Business Manager include: reconcile weekly media invoices and payments to media outlets; prepare bank deposits; code and enter vendor invoices for payment; prepare client invoices, etc.
