Tabitha,
Is there an "official" AX alum group there? Who's in charge of Hall of Commitment on the alum side of things? Anyway, I know in Dallas we are having a happy hour with the graduating seniors to get to know them a little bit to make Hall of Commit. a little more special. We are also thinking of (in the fall) matching up each senior with an alum - much more informal than a big sis/little sis type thing - so that they'll be comfortable with joining our group upon graduation and so the alums are more involved in the chapter.
Sorry, this was kind of long. If you want to email me directly we can chat more about this - I hope this helps!
ITB,
heather (sp 96)
