Simple diplomatic (dictator) answer, this have never been an option and it could (would) get out of hand and be a real pain in the ass for me to deal with. First, it would be swap positions (which does not make sense in this league for someone to move down being that we start over from scratch every year), then it would be I will trade my #1 for your #2 which would really get out of hand. If we played in a dynasty league where we keep our whole team from year to year then that would make sense. The final reason I don't like the idea is this was generated from something that happened on the outside of the fantasy arena, but mostly because of my orignal reason that no one could justify moving from the top to the bottom of the draft. However, feel free to have a team (Red Gunners) draft for you in that position and then trade players after the draft (with the nominal $5 per player fee attached, which I know everyone would support) and you would get the same results.

Hope that explains my reason a little more other than I'm just being a dick!

Peace, Commish
