1stly - we definately need to know if + what other youthgroups r programming for us -

I dont think us doing the havdala is the best idea just because the last person in FEISTEY who knows how to plan a service is eric, **we can still do it though, we can steal one done by one of the other TYGs from anytime

we need variety in our programmes, if one is break off into groups and travel between stations, the next one could be different sized goups all in the same room and interacting

a mixer is must, i sugest the favourite slogan one, something dif. - one programme down, a few more to go

gift exchange - straight forward, they put their gifts somewher when they enter, and we figure out some random way to distribute them later - two down

how about an improv game of some sort?

or maybe a latka eating contest

or a scavenger hunt, w/ some sort of a twist

or macabea games ?
