I love Curves - 30 minutes & I'm done! I consider the cost as part of my healthcare expense since it makes me feel great, has lowered my sugar & cholesterol level and I never seem to get sick since I joined. I was spending 90 minutes at another gym, fighting with machine adjustments & frustrated by the high cost of the trainer when I needed help after joining. AETNA medicare pays for my membership - I pay nothing additional, although the medical coverage was a little more than other plans. I also heard that the owner will offer discounts to seniors. It's not advertised, but ask!
