huraa My fellow friend I was there in may of 1972 with the 3rd fsr eng bat.USMC Mos 1341 heavy equipment mech and operator. I was one of the 1st marines there from our unit, sleeping on the ground for the first few weeks. I also was denied a claim from the VA for exposure to agent orange, wich i saw equipment spraying chemicals to the outside prem of the base. We dozed the jungle,,uel dumps ammo dumps roads and tents. I do not have any proof that Agent orange was used but need any one who has any info or proof I have Diabetes, also Ischemic heart Disease with 3 stents and other problems
