 I was in korat in 63,tdy usaf 1st mob also takahli 63&64 in korat were on a seato exercise, I witnessed herbicide sprying, from trucks. our com van was rite on the edge of the peremiter. in takahli also witnessed spraying I work out of my carerer field laying wire around the permiter.
