a pal of mine recently told me about Hangmans hill and i am intrigued by it. anyone got anymore stories/details about the place? there isnt really too much that i can find on the web.

How far uphill do you go?
How fast?
Does the hill look steep?
Is it on concrete or grass?
anymore stories as to why this happens?

Thanks
