I'm posting here to express my disappointment on the way you handled your show. I'm not disappointed in the quality of your music - you guys are very talented. I enjoyed the music while I waited...and waited and waited.

To pull a quote from your site "The Jam starts at 7:30 PM and goes until?????" I'm not usually too hung up on being to-the-minute prompt, but both times I've been out to see you, the band was just setting up at 7:30. Maybe you should change it to "starts at 8:00"? But, allow me to continue...

More quotes: :"We will be very accommodating to everyone who comes to play. Everyone will get a chance to sing, play or tap dance, whatever!"
Ok... I'm sure you are very accommodating most of the people there...but I'll explain my experience to you in more detail and maybe you'll get it.
The first time I arrived at 7:30, I realized I was not the first on the list. I seen you were getting people right up there as soon as you started for the most part, so I waited. I knew I couldn't stay that long and when I had to leave an hour later for my own gig on the other side of town, I scratched my name off the list and said "ah well, guess I didn't make it this time". No biggie.
The next time I arrived a little earlier... seen you all setting up and managed to get my name on the top of the list. Drummer asked why I left last week and I explained I had a weekly gig myself and couldn't stay long. He said not to worry.
So...as I was walking out the door an hour after you started your first set (at 8pm, no less), you still hadn't brought anyone up to play and still had two more songs you were going to do before you started.
Point being, if I had known your real schedule, I'd wouldn't have wasted my time. If I ever get a Wednesday off, I may come out to see your show again, but I'm giving up any hope of getting up there to play.

Anyway, just wanted to convey my thoughts about your show. I suppose you'll delete this post when you see it, and I don't much blame you.
