's message, "You well be missed" on 08:33:36 02/20/13 Wed DATE: May 4th, 2013 TIME: Afternoon, 3pm WHERE: Fosters (15 miles east from Kramer Junction closest to city of Hinkley) EVENT: A gathering in the desert where my dad learned to ride and wanted to be forever at Hello everyone this is Richards’s son Jason. These things are always so difficult to do but there are countless amounts of people who have blessed my father’s life so much and him to others in return that we are planning a remembrance and celebration gathering out in the desert where he and my family learned to ride. We call the location “Fosters” because that is the name of the man who owns the land of whom Jerry Neal has had a very long relationship with over the years. While we are not planning an official ride everyone is welcome to bring their OHV’s and camp out over the weekend as there are trails and places to ride to and from. Everyone is also welcome to come out just on Saturday as well. Jerry Neal and my family are planning on being out Friday through Sunday. We are planning to have a small ceremony in the afternoon on Saturday around 3pm for all of us to share in the spreading of my father’s ashes and for those who would like to express their wonderful memories and experiences with my dad. Afterwards we will be having a shared potluck dinner so everyone please feel free to bring some goodies. As my dad was well known for “bringing the meat” we will continue that tradition. While it has been very difficult for our family to lose my dad, we are so thankful to God for sparring him from pain during his fight with cancer. My father was a great role model and a loving and God fearing man that through him our entire family has a great relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
