The wind blew cold, the night grew dark, the moon left the sky, the stars hid for cover. A silent shadow crossed the darkness. hidden by shadow, concealed by night.

The lady of the night gently crawled forth, shadowed step after shadowed step. Scars marred the muscled torso, hidden by thick raven pelt. as if a curtain pulled, ebony is reavealed to the night, malice and lust filled the grin, deadly and quiet. Another step through the brush, silent to all who listened, before the lady stepped forth, stopping after one move.

Crystal optics, more bright never seen, peirced the night, reflecting the darkness for no light was present. They gazed about under heavy lids, half-closed. They caught every move, despite their concealment, opened full, they seemd to gaze into one's soul, troubling and disurbing.

Her corded muscles consended to sit, poised and ready, more of a crouch, yet the most relaxed she had ever been. The heavy tail twisted, creeping forth to meet the paws of night, as once more a the grin came, shortlived, until once more gone, the curtain of night pulled, ivors less-deadly concealed.

She sat, and waited, poised and ready, lidded gaze searching, waiting...

A pely silky smooth
As she goes 'bout her wishes
with nothing to lose.
Musceles ripple, 'neath the hide.
Tense, ready to fight, not hide.

As she goes along
'Cept her heart beat, a second long.
As if a curtain is pulled,
Milky teeth revealed,
A light in the night,
Less deadly concealed.
Eyes light, with a malicious gleam.
Prey before her flees, her presence seen.

A dash of paws, a ripple in the night.
A cut-short scream, full of fright.
The curtain reveals, teeth red-white.

A successful hunt.
She survives another night.

The black wolfess emerged from the shadows,her maw bloody with a kill. Coal orbs drift over the wolfess before her limps carry her toward the other. SHe dips her dial in welcome, then speaks, Good day, If you still seek a home, you are welcome in My lands, Snowy Plains.
