Hi I have owned my 1978 fin keel Trapper 500 for 3 years and am also thinking of entering the round the island. My boat is moored on the medina and I regularly sail around the solent. Where are you based? Re- the race, there is apparently a "portsmouth yardstick" for trapper 500's. Is anyone else thinking of entering/ have info about a class rating etc???
