 this all has a rather depressingly familiar ring to it.

I had the boat resurveyed in 99 because I found some blisters, even though in 97 it had been clear.

the same surveyor attended and said as soon as he saw the hull that it didn't look like osmosis to him.

He checked the hull over and founf that although moisture levels had risen, the blisters were in the gelshield epoxy and not the hull itself. That was why I re gelshielded the hull.
