Anders, crack or not it is still as old as mine was before it probably cracked on one section. You said at the time that there can be non-visible, inter-granular fatigue. If you already have the mast down I would seriously consider renewing both the forestay and backstay masthead toggles for a larger sectioned (at the clevis pin level) model as a routine preventative maintenance procedure.

I'm glad your Swedish season is so short - I may be able to tempt you aboard again in the future if I promise to go up the crane instead of you to replace the fittings that we break. Thanks for that and your great company and pro-active support this year.
