I am searching for information on a tailors shop which was in Lingfield in 1880 - 1920's. My great grandfather (Lawrence Grosgrove Heeney) owned the shop.

His family lived in a large house in the area although I do not know where - their name was Heeney. Any information would be very much appreciated.

I believe my great grand father was burried in the Parish Church but am far away so cannot check gravestones etc. If anyone knows the churchyard well (i believe this can be a hobby) I would love to know what is on his stone.

Look forward to hearing from anybody with info.
