Hi,
I've just found your site and I didn't realise there was a pressure group!
I have been well aware of many of the 2.0 DTL/DTH engines using oil and I have had my W reg Vectra DI since it was 6 months old, with 7K on the clock. It is now on 43K miles and STILL uses about 0.6litres/1000 miles, and use Millers' full synthetic oil. Do any other people here have the DI engine? Is it very similar to the DTI? I imagine the block is the same, but with the addition of the intercooler and a different management chip. I have a Tuning Box fitted which is very effective, but doesn't half smoke at times if I press the 'torque request pedal' hard!
