Subject: Standings---A Few Changes to Previous Standings

Guys,

The standings are now current with each winning percentage. Winning percentage is determined by number of wins/divided by total number of games. If there was a tie then the proper statistical formula is as follows:
you double the amount of wins and double the amount of losses--add the total number of ties to each--then divide that by the total number of games--ie..
your record is 35-31-4
(35+35+4) = (74) new number of wins
(31+31+4)= (66) new number of losses
(140) new number of total games played
140/74=.5285 is the correct winning percentage. If you have any questions please email me and I can go over it with you.

Thanks

Charles
