Subject: Reading Style

Well, we're almost on Quarto 4. It's been both a long and short time of it, sort of the same way it is with college -- four short and eternally long years.

I've gottne alternatively depressed and ... well, no, pretty much depressed at the lack of activity on the Forum. Now, I'll gladly admit that part of it's my fault, but I'm trying to figure out exactly *how*.

One of the theories I'm currently following is the reading style theory. When I read web comics, I tend to wait a month or two, then read a whole chunk in one fell swoop. Is this what readers tend to do as well? I've spoken wiht a couple that I see fairly often, and I've been told that this theory may very well have its merits.

I've been reconsidering going back to a twice-a-week schedule; however, my personal life has been keeping me from making a solid decision on that, since I find it hard to write when I'm consistently discouraged (the job front is poor, very poor). If I knew that people really looked forwrd to two folios a week, I'd be motivated to make it happen.

I'm also working on filling out most of the website. The FAQ will likely be added to, if not revamped, to include a little section on pronunciation and mesoAmerican history, and I promise I'm working on filling out Soshi's World. If anyone's still interested at all.

So, any ideas, comments, stuff like that, I'd like to hear it. Really, I would. Let me know.
