I have a uc torana with a hemi 265.the sump was the only drama and the exhaust is custom made.I plan on fitting a dry sump as the stock oil pump is dodgy.I think the e38 is a better engine for daily use than e49.I have a supra box and i would recommend checking the lenghth of the input shaft extension for this conversion.Haltech ignition computer totally transformed it to a well behaved vehicle as drivable and smooth as a new car in traffic
good luck
