I don't know if there have been written proposals or not but the city will not give it to us because Prince Eddie says we can't have it.My wife attended a meeting at city hall last year with all dept.heads concerning banking matters,when everyone was discussing diret deposit Dawson asked why his men didn't have it.The police chief leaned over and pointed to the mayors rep. and Dawson said oh yea that's right.The connection that a firefighter's wife was there was never made.
