 Howe can this competition stay alive if we dont get a salary cap!!!!! Teams like the uni struggle for financial backing each year to get a squad o the ground. How can we keep the Tooheys Competition going unless we have some eveness in it without wests and collies buying every good player around!! Soon well loose teams like uni, burgh and the bulls if there isnt something done !!!!!!!
