Date Posted: 17:48:21 07/19/04 Mon In reply to: EAGLES FOR 1ST GRADE 's message, "Re: Eagles" on 02:35:18 07/19/04 Mon As much as we would like to enter 1st grade next year that is a little premature and we need to consolidate our financial situation and player base and build on that in 2005.Hopefully we can get a few more local juniors back from other clubs and build on our good U/18 sides of the last few years.We need to be patient and responsible and show we are competitive again next season and hopefully make the semis and entice the type of player we want at Berkeley with local juniors being the priorty.I have endeavoured to change the culture amongst the players and supporters in my time here and we will be holding an open forum at the end of the year to see how we can do things better next season.So in the mean time keep on being suppo rtive and you never know it could be sooner than we think.
